The location was great, with easy access to the river. Good value for money, especially compared to more expensive properties on the river. The food was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
For us it was ideal.

Comfortable and clean room, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially Mr Parvez Ahmed, who provided excellent service.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Varanasi and we were delighted with the experience. the staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the delicious food, which had a great variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to all the main attractions of the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities that we needed for a relaxing stay.
this was a minor inconvenience and did not really detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. They arranged for milk at night and allowed us a late check-out. The travel desk and front office staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious. Location is great, close to all the major attractions.
